打籃球膝蓋疼怎么護理

以打籃球為例,很容易發生骨骼以及關節受到傷害的現象。打籃球中有很多劇烈運動,包括很多起跳、下落、急轉,急停動作,這些動作的實施對於膝蓋來說都是很大的考驗。跌倒、拉拽及過度扭曲等,會對膝蓋產生強烈刺激,造成膝蓋區域的肉靜脈受損、氣體手術受阻、疼痛症狀。

2、向前跳躍,落地時用前腳掌著地,膝蓋保持微屈狀態,不要雙腿直立著地。

3、俯臥在地,雙腿並攏,右腳搭在左腳腳跟上;將左腿彎曲,向大腿處靠攏,同時右腳朝相反方向用力拽,阻礙左腳運動。如此重複三次後換左腿。打籃球,你可以在膝蓋的膝蓋使用,以保護膝蓋的強烈沖擊損壞。
